If you were at all on Instagram or the internet in general this summer, then you may have seen a little gem known as the gold pineapple cup. A pretty little vessel to hold all your drinks from rose` to your favorite cocktail. Well, now that summer is over, why not swap that gold pineapple for it’s fall cousin the rose gold pumpkin cup?

To make your own, use a large serrated knife to cut the top 1/4 off of a small pie pumpkin (you can find these in the produce section of the grocery store). Use a spoon to scoop out all the seeds and stringy parts of the pumpkin leaving just a smooth interior wall. Then take your pumpkin outside and spray paint just the outside with rose gold spray paint. Let dry, then use a small paring knife to cut a small hole the size of a straw in the top of the pumpkin. Insert a pretty straw and you are ready to sip it up. And may I suggest filling it with some festive fall sangria? This apple pie one by Inspired by Charm is mighty tasty.
